Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 01.SPACE platform, operated by Onceness, Inc. ("we", "us", or "01.SPACE"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01.SPACE is a multi-dimensional creation space where 2D visual effects, 3D motion graphics, and AI tools converge on a unified canvas. The platform includes a website, desktop application, embedded viewers, and related services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Ownership. You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or import into 01.SPACE, including 3D assets, workflows, mini apps, images, and any derivative works.

License to us. By uploading or creating content on the platform, you grant Onceness, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service. This includes displaying your published content in the gallery, serving embedded viewers, and distributing mini apps as you direct.

Shared content. When you publish content to the gallery, share it via link, embed it on third-party sites, or distribute it as a mini app, you are making it available to others under the terms you specify. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

01.SPACE allows you to package workflows into interactive mini apps that can be used by others. When you distribute a mini app:

• You are responsible for the functionality, content, and behavior of your mini app
• Your mini app must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
• If your mini app collects or processes data from its users, you are responsible for appropriate disclosure and compliance with privacy laws
• We may remove mini apps that violate these Terms or applicable laws

01.SPACE includes AI-assisted features for workflow composition, content processing, and creative assistance. These features are provided as tools to aid your creative process.

• AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated workflows or content before publishing or distributing them
• AI features may produce different results for identical inputs and may change over time as models are updated

You agree not to:

• Upload, create, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform, its tools, or engine components
• Use the service to distribute malware, phishing content, or spam
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

The 01.SPACE platform, including its software, design, branding, workflow engine, node library, rendering technology, and documentation, is the property of Onceness, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

Open-source components used in the platform are subject to their respective licenses.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Content you have published may persist in caches or copies beyond our control.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content or workflows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onceness, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
