Onceness, Inc. ("we", "us", or "01.SPACE") operates the 01.SPACE platform — a multi-dimensional creation space where 2D visual effects, 3D motion graphics, and AI tools converge on a unified canvas. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, desktop application, and related services.

By using 01.SPACE, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Content you create. This includes 3D assets, workflows, mini apps, images, and any other content you upload or create on the platform. We store this content to provide the service and make it available as you direct (e.g., publishing to the gallery, sharing via embed, or distributing as a mini app).

Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the service, including pages visited, features used, session duration, and device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution).

Device and technical data. When you use the desktop application, we may collect information about your hardware configuration (GPU model, available memory) to optimize performance and provide support.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the 01.SPACE platform
• Process and store your 3D content, workflows, and creations
• Power AI-assisted features such as workflow composition and content processing
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and relevant information
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product experience

01.SPACE includes AI-assisted features that help you compose workflows, process content, and create 3D experiences. When you use these features, your inputs (such as text prompts or selected parameters) may be processed by AI models to generate results. We do not use your private content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

When you publish content to the 01.SPACE gallery, share a creation via link, embed it on a third-party site, or distribute a mini app, that content becomes accessible to others as you direct. You control what you share and can unpublish or delete content at any time.

If you create and distribute a mini app that collects input from its users (e.g., photo uploads), you are responsible for informing those users about how their data is handled within your app.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Google Firebase — Authentication, database, file storage, and cloud functions
• Google Cloud Platform — Content processing and compute infrastructure
• Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and DDoS protection
• Vercel — Website hosting and deployment

These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We select providers that maintain strong security and privacy practices.

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time through the Settings page in the application. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal or compliance purposes.

Content that has been shared publicly or embedded on third-party sites may persist in caches or copies beyond our control after deletion.

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and remember your preferences. We use analytics to understand how the service is used and to improve it. We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising cookies.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

01.SPACE is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. By using the service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries, which may have different data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
